I work both online and in person. The former is via Zoom and the latter takes place in a therapy room in North Oxford.
CBT is not a long-term therapy and I typically see clients for between 10 and 20 sessions, but this can vary depending on the client's needs. I meet most clients once a week for a 50-minute session, but this is not a rigid formula. I meet some clients for one two-hour session each week, some clients twice a week and some once a fortnight.
Part of CBT is 'homework': work done outside the sessions by clients. This varies a lot and can be as simple as spending two minutes filling in a short questionnaire to engaging in gradual exposure to a phobia.
