I use a CBT framework to treat generalised anxiety, as well as specific kinds of anxiety, such as health anxiety and panic disorder.
I am experienced in working with OCD that purely revolves around mental compulsions, as well as OCD that involves physical compulsions. I have training in both an I-CBT and Rumination-Focused ERP approach, both of which I find to be gentle, very effective ways to tackle the disorder.

These include hair-pulling (trichotillomania) and skin-picking (excoriation). Both cognitive and behavioural techniques can be very helpful in dealing with these issues.
I have experience of using an I-CBT protocol to treat the distressing thoughts and behaviours connected to perceived physical flaws.
